- • Senior Italian Payroll Specialist at CloudPay Limited, a global leader in payroll solutions, responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for clients in Italy, directly supporting the company’s mission to empower global workforces with seamless payroll and payment services.
- • Process multiple client payrolls accurately and on time, analyse payroll data for fund distribution accuracy, reconcile pre-processing reports, research discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready records to meet SSAE 16 compliance and client SLAs.
- • Collaborate with Implementation Consultants for seamless knowledge transfer from project delivery to operations, support software release validation, and assist in parallel runs for new feature testing to ensure system integrity and client readiness.
- • Provide payroll training and guidance to team members, validate client-provided data for system configuration, and contribute to continuous process improvement through initiative and problem-solving.

🎯 Requirements
- • Deep knowledge and experience in Italian payroll processing, preferably within a multinational HR/payroll department or consulting firm, with strong understanding of Italian legal requirements, statutory forms, and reporting obligations.
- • Proven experience using payroll software suites and MS Office; familiarity with Zucchetti is considered a beneficial asset.
- • Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders across global operations.
