• • The Education Professional supports global training operations through LMS-driven processes, customer communication, and core coordination activities, playing a key role in ensuring smooth delivery of training programs across NICE’s global customer base.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end training coordination (scheduling, enrolments, approvals, prerequisites), responding to LMS-related queries, handling shared inbox requests with professional written communication, promoting training programs, generating operational reports, supporting gap analysis, maintaining data quality in the LMS, collaborating with Training Delivery teams, and contributing to process improvements through automation and AI-assisted tools.
