📋 Description
- • As Managing Counsel, Product at Remote, you will serve as a legal partner to Product, Engineering, Privacy, and Security teams, focusing on HRIS and AI/ML features to deliver pragmatic legal solutions that balance compliance with commercial goals while protecting the company from unacceptable risk.
- • Day to day, you will lead AI and HRIS product compliance, embed risk-based legal reviews into product development workflows, own product terms and conditions for HRIS and AI features (including output ownership, training use, acceptable use, and transparency), and establish core Product AI governance covering model inventory, risk classification, human oversight, bias testing, and incident response alignment.
