- • Senior/Lead User Acquisition Manager (Meta) at Agen, a portfolio company of Skelar AS, responsible for launching and scaling Meta Ads (web2web and web2app) for a social discovery product targeting users aged 45+ in Tier-1 markets (US, UK, CA, AU, NZ).
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up paid traffic infrastructure on Meta and other channels, launching initial Meta Ads campaigns to validate unit economics with product marketing and creative teams, building a continuous testing system for marketing hypotheses to achieve product-market-fit, and mentoring the existing User Acquisition team to improve performance and prepare for future team expansion.
- • Skelar AS is a Ukrainian venture builder with 1000+ employees, building international tech businesses across EdTech, marketplaces, and more, with portfolio companies featured in TechCrunch, Wired, and top Ukrainian startup rankings. - • In this role, the person will gain end-to-end ownership of a paid user acquisition function from zero to scale, develop people management skills by leading a team of three UAM specialists, and contribute to high-impact experiments that drive measurable business results in competitive global markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads for B2C SaaS or consumer products
- • Proven success managing advertising budgets of $500,000+ per month
- • Strong analytical mindset with a habit of validating hypotheses through data and tracking metrics rigorously
- • Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus
- • Intermediate English (B1+) proficiency
- • Initiative-taking attitude with desire to grow into a people-management role
