📋 Description
- • As a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Inizio Engage, you will lead and build high-impact learning solutions for global pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, directly contributing to employee engagement, scientific capability building, and behavior change through evidence-based training.
- • You will design blended learning journeys (live, virtual, self-directed), write learning objectives and aligned assessments, develop facilitator and participant materials, create eLearning and digital assets, review content from medical writers for instructional clarity, and partner with pharmaceutical stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to ensure learning solutions meet client needs.
- • You will report to the Learning Experience Design Director within Engage XD, a specialized communications group under Inizio Engage that includes the brands Emota, Forty1, and Nazaré, focused on creating experiences that inspire lasting change through applied behavioral science.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in instructional design within life sciences, gain hands-on experience applying AI in learning solutions, lead end-to-end learning development from strategy to delivery, and contribute to proposal writing for client RFPs — positioning you as a trusted learning partner in the pharmaceutical industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in Learning Experience Design or Instructional Design within a life sciences agency or pharmaceutical training environment
- • Understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare contexts, including pharma sales, MSL engagement, HCP audiences, and compliance requirements
- • 3+ years of experience translating scientific or technical content into effective learning experiences
- • Proven ability to build PowerPoint decks, facilitator guides, and eLearning modules
- • Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting
- • Demonstrated ability to apply AI thoughtfully and practically in learning design
