• • As a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Ziplines Education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping industry-focused certificate courses that empower adult learners to advance their careers in a digital-first workforce. You will bridge product ownership and instructional design, transforming high-level course briefs into engaging, market-relevant learning experiences that align with Ziplines’ mission to deliver transformative education.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the Product team to validate course concepts, leading subject matter experts (SMEs) through the full course development lifecycle—from syllabus design and module creation to video production and Rise 360 authoring—and ensuring all content meets Ziplines’ rigorous instructional, visual, accessibility, and brand standards. You will also design capstone assignments and live session materials, manage timelines using Monday.com and Notion, and iterate on courses post-launch using learner and instructor feedback.
