- • The Senior Learning Partner enables organizational capability and performance through impactful, business-aligned learning solutions, owning the end-to-end learning lifecycle for priority areas to support onboarding, role-specific development, leadership growth, and skill enhancement.
- • Day to day, the role involves partnering with senior stakeholders to diagnose performance needs, facilitating high-impact sessions, leading onboarding programs, coaching facilitators, managing learning platforms, creating curricula, evaluating learning effectiveness, and mentoring other Learning Partners through coaching and peer reviews.
- • Safeguard Global enables global expansion without risk by helping 1,500+ customers recruit, hire, manage, and pay employees in nearly 190 countries, fostering a human-centered culture with autonomy, flexibility, and international collaboration.
- • In this role, you will drive measurable performance outcomes, influence learning priorities without formal authority, build reporting and insights to inform decisions, and develop expertise in learning analytics, change enablement, and global LMS management while advancing a culture of continuous development.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- • 10+ years of experience in corporate learning & development, enablement, talent development, or a related field
- • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional learning programs end-to-end across regions/time zones
- • Strong project management and consulting skills, with experience advising senior stakeholders and influencing without authority
- • Experience in service center operations and/or a multinational shared services environment is desirable
- • Strong experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), including reporting, learner administration, and governance
