• • As Voicemod continues its ambitious global expansion and innovative product development, we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Legal Counsel specializing in Product and Commercial law to join our dynamic team. • • In this role, you will take ownership of and drive the lifecycle of commercial agreements. This includes, but is not limited to, vendor contracts, marketing agreements, influencer collaborations, and a variety of other essential business contracts. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that these agreements are robust, legally sound, and aligned with Voicemod's strategic objectives, thereby safeguarding the company's interests and fostering strong business relationships.
• • You will play a key role in supporting complex negotiations and spearheading strategic initiatives. This involves working closely with the Head of Legal on significant growth opportunities such as technology partnerships, product integrations, preloads, and other strategic alliances. Your ability to navigate intricate negotiations and identify legal implications will be paramount in securing favorable terms and driving successful outcomes for the company.
• • A significant aspect of your responsibility will be to partner directly with our Product and Engineering teams. You will proactively assess legal risks associated with new product features, upcoming launches, and emerging use cases, particularly those involving voice technology and AI-powered experiences. This proactive engagement ensures that legal considerations are integrated into the product development lifecycle from its inception, mitigating potential issues and fostering innovation within a compliant framework.
• • You will be instrumental in supporting key legal workstreams across Intellectual Property (IP), data protection, and general compliance. This involves coordinating effectively with external counsel when necessary, and crucially, translating complex legal advice into clear, actionable steps for our business teams. Your ability to bridge the gap between legal intricacies and practical business application will be highly valued.
• • A core part of your mandate will be to help build and enhance the legal infrastructure that supports our growth. This includes developing and refining contract templates, creating comprehensive playbooks, establishing internal guidelines, and designing "safe frameworks" that empower our teams to operate with confidence and efficiency.
