In this pivotal post-sales role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between sophisticated legal strategy and the power of AI-driven execution, specifically focusing on the adoption and optimization of Jurist, Ironclad’s cutting-edge AI redlining agent.
• • As an LPS, you will serve as the primary consultant for our clients, guiding them through the process of transforming their existing legal workflows and playbooks into AI-ready formats. Your expertise will enable customers to achieve significant efficiency gains, enhance risk management capabilities, and unlock the full potential of Ironclad's intelligent platform. This role demands a unique blend of legal acumen, systems thinking, and a forward-looking perspective on the evolving landscape of legal technology.
• • You will be at the forefront of developing and delivering a groundbreaking new service offering. This initiative is designed to empower customers who may not have established playbooks, allowing you to act as the principal architect in converting their organizational knowledge into structured, AI-interpretable playbooks. Your work will directly contribute to scaling AI-ready frameworks, establishing the "Ironclad Standard" for AI implementation, and creating the essential playbooks, assets, and best practices that will enable our Customer Success and Professional Services teams to achieve global scalability.
• • A core responsibility of the LPS is to operationalize legal risk. You will guide customers in transitioning from subjective, often unwritten, legal instructions to precise, data-driven playbooks and pre-approved clause libraries. This meticulous process is crucial for maximizing the performance and accuracy of our AI tools, ensuring that legal negotiations are both efficient and compliant.
• • You will act as a critical bridge between legal intent and technical execution. By partnering closely with our Legal Engineering (LE) team, you will ensure that the nuanced intent behind legal strategies is perfectly translated into the technical workflow configurations within the Ironclad platform. This collaboration is key to delivering seamless and effective AI-augmented negotiation experiences.
• • Your role will involve advancing customer maturity in their contracting processes. You will help clients transition from traditional, manual redlining methods to sophisticated AI-augmented negotiation, ensuring they meet adoption milestones and realize substantial long-term return on investment (ROI) from their investment in Ironclad.
• • Cross-functional collaboration will be a hallmark of your experience. You will work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Ironclad’s internal Legal team. This ensures that product functionalities are continuously aligned with the real-world requirements and practical challenges faced by high-volume legal departments, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• • You will also be a key driver of partner and internal enablement. This involves developing comprehensive training and certification materials necessary to scale playbook development services through our network of third-party partners. Your expertise will empower our internal teams and external ecosystem to effectively leverage Ironclad's AI capabilities.
• • As the voice of the legal practitioner, you will advocate for the needs of legal users. Your insights will ensure that product enhancements and AI training programs accurately reflect the complexities and nuances of sophisticated commercial legal practice, making Ironclad the most intuitive and effective platform available.
