- • Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, push, in-app, WhatsApp, and emerging channels, driving engagement from onboarding through retention, expansion, and win-back.
- • Design and execute AI-powered personalization programs using propensity models, churn-risk scoring, and next-best-action frameworks developed in partnership with Data Science.
- • Build and optimize multi-channel lifecycle campaigns in Braze, including segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and journey orchestration with hands-on execution.
- • Develop onboarding, nurture, activation, and retention programs that accelerate customer value realization and deepen long-term engagement with Mudflap’s products and services.
- • Partner with Sales and RevOps to create lifecycle programs that support lead conversion, customer activation, expansion opportunities, and revenue growth.
- • Create customer journey insights, messaging frameworks, proof points, and nurture assets that enable Sales to improve prospect engagement and conversion throughout the lifecycle.
- • Design and implement cross-sell and upsell programs using customer behavior, transaction data, and lifecycle signals to surface timely, relevant product offers.
- • Own lifecycle KPI reporting and connect campaign performance directly to business outcomes including customer engagement, retention, churn reduction, and LTV growth.
- • Identify customer, market, and competitive insights to refine lifecycle strategy, inform product positioning, and support frontline sales conversations.
- • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Brand teams to improve customer data infrastructure, event tracking, and lifecycle capabilities across key touchpoints.
- • Serve as the lifecycle marketing voice in growth planning, aligning marketing, product, and revenue teams to strengthen customer journeys and drive cohesive growth.
- • Maintain deep expertise in Braze (strongly preferred) or equivalent platforms like Iterable, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Customer.io for campaign execution.
- • Use Liquid code for dynamic content and personalization within Braze or similar ESPs to deliver tailored customer experiences at scale.
- • Apply SQL to build customer segments, analyze cohorts, and measure campaign performance, leveraging data visualization tools such as Metabase, Hex, Amplitude, Looker, or Tableau.
- • Work with CDPs like Segment or mParticle to ensure seamless customer data flow into marketing automation systems.
- • Apply AI/ML concepts in marketing—including churn prediction, content generation, and dynamic personalization—to enhance personalization and team productivity.
- • Analyze customer journeys across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion stages to uncover growth opportunities and inform lifecycle strategy.
- • Utilize lead scoring, behavioral segmentation, customer journey mapping, and experimentation frameworks to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- • Develop clear, data-driven narratives and recommendations for senior leadership, connecting lifecycle initiatives to broader business and revenue objectives.
- • Operate with a player-coach mindset, balancing strategic roadmap development with hands-on campaign QA and execution.
- • Collaborate effectively across Product, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing teams to translate customer insights into programs that improve business outcomes.
- • Maintain exceptional attention to detail in high-volume execution while thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- • Communicate complex data and insights clearly through strong written and verbal communication skills.
- • Contribute to a high-growth, collaborative culture by working alongside talented teammates across functions and supporting company-wide events like Mudfest.
