📋 Description
- • Senior Loan Processor / Credit Analyst role at Pear Tree, supporting mortgage broking operations with a focus on ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely loan processing from pre-lodgement to settlement.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing loan applications for accuracy and compliance with lender policies, assessing serviceability and documentation, liaising with brokers to resolve missing information, managing the end-to-end loan pipeline, proactively following up with lenders, communicating progress to clients, maintaining CRM records, identifying process inefficiencies, contributing to SOP improvements, and ensuring compliance with Australian Privacy Act and credit licensing requirements.
- • Pear Tree is a financial services company operating in the mortgage broking space, leveraging tools like Infynity and Quickli to streamline loan processing, with a team based in Manila supporting Australian lending operations.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Australian residential lending policies, strengthen your credit analysis and risk assessment abilities, gain mastery of mortgage broking workflows and CRM systems, and contribute to process optimization while building stakeholder management and compliance knowledge.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage broking, loan processing, or credit assessment
- • Strong knowledge of residential lending policy across major Australian lenders
- • Proficient with CRM platforms, ideally Infynity or similar mortgage broking tools
- • Demonstrated ability to read a credit file and identify structural or compliance issues
- • Proven experience managing a loan pipeline independently from lodgement to settlement
- • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- • High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
