- • As a Senior M&A Integration Manager (Contract) at Optro Inc., you will serve as the operational nerve center for post-acquisition integration, ensuring strategic deals translate into realized value without disrupting business momentum.
- • You will lead the Integration Management Office (IMO) across 1–3 concurrent tuck-in and scale-up acquisitions, owning the end-to-end integration lifecycle from pre-close due diligence through Day 1 execution and long-term value realization.
- • You will partner with Corporate Development and functional leads (HR, Finance, Product, IT, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to assess risks, build integration roadmaps, clear dependencies, and drive cross-functional accountability without direct authority.
- • You will build Optro’s reusable integration playbook, governance model, and accountability structures from scratch, creating institutional knowledge that outlives your contract and strengthens the company’s M&A muscle memory for future deals.
- • You will operate at both strategic and tactical levels — briefing the CEO on integration health, resolving compensation gaps, leading steering committees, and ensuring seamless Day 1 experiences for acquired employees — all while aligning product, GTM, and technology convergence in a B2B SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12 years of total professional experience, with 3–5 years specifically in M&A Integration, PMO, or Business Transformation
- • Proven experience managing integration for deals between $2M–$50M of acquired revenue
- • Mandatory B2B SaaS sector experience, including understanding of recurring revenue models, customer success transitions, and software product life-cycles
- • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, or equivalent), data rooms, and Google Suite
- • Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal) and high EQ with a track record of driving accountability without direct authority
