Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the Marketing Intelligence team at DraftKings, you will build scalable systems and infrastructure that power machine learning across Casino, Sportsbook, and Fantasy verticals, enabling entire portfolios of models rather than focusing on single use cases.
• • You will lead the design and development of ML infrastructure and data pipelines, build reusable frameworks for feature engineering and model deployment, design CI/CD systems for ML workflows, improve system reliability through monitoring and observability, partner with Data Scientists to productionize models, optimize large-scale data processing (e.g., Spark), drive developer experience improvements, and mentor engineers to raise team standards.
• • You will work closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to reduce duplication, accelerate time-to-production, and raise the overall quality of machine learning systems in a high-impact, fast-paced environment focused on innovation and emerging technology.
• • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in ML system design, distributed data engineering, and technical leadership while contributing to DraftKings’ AI-driven transformation of customer experiences, operations, and product innovation across regulated gaming verticals.
