- • Senior Machine Learning Engineer role focused on designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining advanced AI solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI to drive business value in the telecom sector.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing MLOps practices such as performance monitoring, drift detection, and observability; integrating AI systems with APM and distributed tracing tools; deploying models at scale on cloud platforms (GCP preferred); managing CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions; and continuously improving models through retraining and A/B testing.
- • The role involves designing and optimizing enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using LLMs, applying advanced prompt engineering techniques (Chain of Thought, Few-Shot, RAG), and building scalable Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK.
- • Collaboration with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to define requirements, translate technical concepts for stakeholders, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing; active research into latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI, including self-correction and ethical AI practices.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- • Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.
- • Strong experience in building and deploying complex agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
- • Demonstrated experience with MLOps principles and practices, including model monitoring, drift detection, and CI/CD for AI systems.
- • Expert proficiency in Python and relevant ML/DL frameworks.
- • Deep practical experience with Generative AI models, including various LLM architectures (e.g., Transformers, GPT, Llama).
- • Mandatory expertise with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
