We are responsible for defining, building, and refining the next generation of bot-building paradigms tailored for intricate enterprise customer service and contact center automation scenarios. Our work involves applying the most advanced research in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP), including state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and other emerging research breakthroughs, directly into our product lines.
