• • Senior Machine Learning Engineer I role focused on infusing cutting-edge AI/ML/GenAI into pharmacy benefits to transform healthcare through innovative technology solutions.
• • Design, develop, and productionize machine learning solutions for document understanding, search and QnA, GenAI, virtual agents; develop and maintain Python-based backend services; design and implement APIs for AI model integration; work across the full ML lifecycle including problem definition, data exploration, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment; participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance; troubleshoot AI model and integration issues; implement system telemetry, A/B testing, and statistical validation; document development processes and architectural decisions; ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of healthcare data and adherence to Capital Rx Code of Conduct.
