• • As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Loopio, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our AI-powered capabilities, focusing on the development and deployment of cutting-edge Machine Learning models, particularly within the realms of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• • Your primary responsibility will be to build and operationalize the core ML components that drive our next-generation search, summarization, and answer generation features, directly impacting the user experience and the value proposition of our product.
• • You will translate complex experimental prototypes into robust, scalable, and reliable production systems, ensuring consistent performance and accuracy under real-world conditions.
• • This role demands a deep understanding of advanced modeling techniques, including the development of optimized embedding pipelines, sophisticated prompt strategies, and effective fine-tuning methods for LLMs.
• • You will be tasked with improving model accuracy, relevance, and robustness through the implementation of structured evaluation frameworks, rigorous error analysis, and iterative experimentation.
• • A significant part of your role will involve designing and implementing scalable ML services and inference pipelines using Python and modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• • You will focus on efficient serving strategies, incorporating techniques such as batching, caching, streaming, and performance-tuned deployment patterns to meet stringent latency, reliability, and throughput requirements.
• • Integration of ML models with existing systems, including retrieval systems, feature stores, and knowledge sources, will be a key aspect of your work.

• • You will participate actively in technical design reviews, championing improvements in ML engineering best practices, including deployment standards, model quality assurance, code quality, and operational excellence.
