📋 Description

• • Senior Machine Learning Engineer responsible for building and operationalizing core ML components powering next-generation search, summarization, and answer generation capabilities at Loopio Inc.
• • Day-to-day tasks include developing optimized embedding pipelines, prompt strategies, and fine-tuning methods for LLMs and NLP models; designing scalable ML services and inference pipelines in Python; integrating models with retrieval systems and feature stores; translating product requirements into engineering plans; participating in technical design reviews; and providing informal mentorship on modern NLP techniques and scalable model serving.
• • Part of a global, remote-first team spanning Canada, the UK, and India, with core collaboration hours from 11 am to 7:30 pm IST to enable overlapping work across time zones; company HQ’d in Canada with hubs in Ahmedabad (India) and London (UK).
