📋 Description
- • As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in the Search Quality team at Constructor Technologies, you will improve the e-commerce experience for hundreds of millions of users worldwide by building systems that power search relevance for global retailers across fashion, grocery, electronics, and hardware.
- • Your day-to-day work will focus on relevance evaluation and quality improvements, including fine-tuning LLMs to assess query intent and item relevance, implementing real-time reranking and filtering with strict latency requirements, and building automated quality monitoring pipelines with agent-based systems that detect degradations and generate actionable recommendations.
- • You will join an AI-first ecommerce search and discovery platform launched in 2019 that enables leading global brands to drive revenue and conversion gains through smarter product discovery.
- • In this role, you will tackle complex challenges such as building models that generalize across 40+ languages and 20+ domains without per-customer rules, handling differing perceptions of relevance across industries (e.g., grocery vs. fashion), and optimizing LLM inference at scale to balance quality and performance.
