📋 Description

• • Senior Management Accountant role at Lawhive Inc., a rapidly scaling AI-native law firm backed by Google Ventures and Balderton Capital, responsible for ensuring financial integrity and driving strategic finance transformation across UK and US entities.
• • Own the month-end close for multiple group entities, prepare consolidated management accounts with variance analysis, maintain balance sheet integrity including reconciliations, accruals, deferred revenue, WIP, and intercompany activity, and lead finance transformation through automation and system improvements.
• • Join a lean, high-impact finance team operating as the engine room of a global AI-native law firm, partnering deeply with product, engineering, legal operations, people & talent, and executive leadership to build audit-ready, scalable finance infrastructure.
• • Develop expertise in multi-jurisdictional group accounting under IFRS, lead acquisition integration and entity stabilisation, build direct method cashflow models, strengthen financial controls, and influence strategic decision-making as a trusted finance partner.
