This role demands a strategic partner who can collaborate effectively across departments, including Product, Design, Data, and Security Research, to architect and deploy AI systems that seamlessly blend automation with invaluable human expertise.
• • The Senior Manager, AI Engineering will play a crucial role in embedding an AI-first mindset into our engineering culture. This involves integrating AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, and robust responsible AI practices into the entire product development lifecycle, from initial design to ongoing operation. You will be expected to guide your teams through the dynamic landscape of evolving AI technologies, shifting priorities, and emerging security threats, all while maintaining clarity, driving momentum, and ensuring the health and well-being of your teams.
• • A key aspect of this role is applying first principles problem-solving to complex AI and product challenges. You will be tasked with breaking down intricate issues into their fundamental components, designing durable, scalable, and future-proof solutions rather than relying on short-term fixes. Furthermore, you will leverage data-driven decision-making to rigorously assess system performance, model quality, delivery outcomes, and operational health.
