• • The Senior Manager, Application Support leads end-to-end application operations across multiple business units, ensuring application stability, performance, and service excellence. This role is critical to maintaining reliable IT services that support client digital transformation and business continuity.
• • Day to day, the person will lead and mentor managers and technical specialists, oversee large-scale application support operations, govern ITIL-aligned processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management), serve as primary contact for senior stakeholders, manage departmental budgets, drive cost optimization through automation and standardization, lead major incident response and RCA, promote SRE principles, and deliver executive reporting on KPIs and service improvements.
