  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Billing Operations to lead our global billing team and spearhead the optimization of our end-to-end order-to-cash processes. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of our billing operations, which are critical to ActiveCampaign's continued global growth and customer satisfaction.
  • • As the Senior Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that enhance our billing systems and processes. Your primary focus will be on driving continuous improvement, leveraging technology to automate workflows, and ensuring strict adherence to financial compliance and regulatory requirements across all markets.
  • • You will oversee the entire billing lifecycle, from order entry and provisioning to invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition. This includes managing the accuracy of customer data, subscription terms, pricing, and discounts to ensure correct billing and minimize revenue leakage.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Technology.
