📋 Description

• As a Senior Manager, Client Partner at Tinuiti, you will lead multiple client accounts and oversee teams to develop comprehensive account plans that align with client strategic goals, ensuring satisfaction and retention in a remote-first environment.
• Day to day, you will act as the primary client advocate, conduct weekly 1:1s with team members, provide coaching and feedback, manage client onboarding and transitions, and leverage deep channel expertise across SEM, SEO, Social, Display, and more to drive strategic recommendations.
• Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., managing $4 billion in digital media with over 1,200 employees, uniting media and measurement through proprietary technology like Bliss Point to eliminate waste and scale what works for clients.
• In this role, you will develop business acumen by analyzing client KPIs and industry trends, champion innovation and thought leadership, educate clients on strategic decisions, and grow your expertise in digital marketing strategy, team leadership, and data-driven decision making.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Client Delivery roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns
• Management experience necessary
• Expertise in multiple digital platforms and how they work together, including Google Analytics, Project Management tools, and research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint
• Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
• Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams
