- • The Senior Manager, Clinical Vendor Performance Analytics serves as the analytical engine of the Clinical Vendor Performance Management team at CVS Health, designing and producing data, dashboards, and analytical narratives that drive vendor performance accountability across Aetna’s clinical vendor ecosystem.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, building, and continuously improving vendor performance dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reporting; producing monthly performance summaries and ad hoc analyses for senior stakeholders; identifying trends, outliers, and emerging risks across the vendor portfolio; owning the analytical tooling stack for the Performance Management team; partnering with enterprise analytics teams to ensure scalable access to vendor performance data; assisting in defining meaningful KPIs and SLAs for new and existing vendors; pressure-testing vendor-proposed metrics for analytical rigor and alignment to business outcomes; and collaborating with internal analytics and medical economics teams to translate analytical findings into clear, executive-ready narratives.

- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced expertise in healthcare analytics and vendor performance management, strengthen executive storytelling through data, gain influence in shaping KPIs and SLAs that impact clinical vendor accountability, and lead analytical initiatives that directly support strategic decision-making at a national healthcare leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in healthcare analytics, vendor performance analytics, healthcare consulting, or a closely related analytical discipline
- • Demonstrated ability to translate data into executive-ready storytelling with portfolio examples (slides, dashboards, written narratives) showing clarity, visual craft, and decision-driving impact
- • Advanced data and visualization skills required
- • Bachelor’s Degree required; quantitative discipline preferred (Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Health Informatics, Engineering)
- • Healthcare claims, clinical, or vendor performance data experience preferred
- • High self-direction and follow-through; ability to take ambiguous executive asks, structure problems, and deliver finished work without close oversight
