- • As a Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy - Payment Performance at Adyen, you will own the end-to-end commercialization of Payment Performance solutions like Adyen Uplift, serving as the connective tissue between Product and Commercial teams to drive adoption and value for global enterprise customers.
- • Day to day, you will strategically package and evolve Adyen’s Enterprise Offering across verticals and regions, own the commercial value proposition and product bundling, anticipate future customer and market needs, ensure product readiness for target verticals, and lead GTM execution in partnership with Commercial leads.
- • You will operate within Adyen’s Global Commercial Strategy team, which sits at the intersection of Product and Commercial, collaborating closely with Vertical teams, Product Leadership, Product Marketing, Commercial Academy, and Business Performance to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies and enablement.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise payments, GTM strategy, and cross-functional influence, while developing the ability to synthesize fragmented customer and market feedback into clear, data-driven product recommendations that drive adoption and revenue impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in enterprise payments, product, and/or strategy with ownership of commercial success for a specific product area
- • Customer success as a north star, with proven ability to thrive on customer interactions and align actions with meeting customer needs
- • Experience and passion for GTM strategy and execution, with a results-oriented mindset
- • Ability to operate effectively at the intersection of Product and Commercial, translating technical capabilities into clear customer value
- • Strong skills in creating commercial narratives that simplify complex topics and influencing decisions cross-functionally without direct authority
- • Adept at navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
