- • Lead storytelling and communications for Tinder, Hinge, and The League across India and the Middle East, shaping how brands show up in conversations, communities, and culture.
- • Translate global and regional narratives into locally resonant stories that connect with Gen Z and young millennials through earned media, social storytelling, and creator ecosystems.
- • Operate at the intersection of earned media, social storytelling, and creator ecosystems to drive relevance, engagement, and brand meaning in fast-moving, culturally complex markets.
- • Develop and execute end-to-end communications campaigns that align with brand strategy and cultural moments, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across markets.
- • Collaborate with global and regional teams to adapt communications strategies while maintaining brand integrity and local relevance.
- • Monitor cultural trends, social conversations, and creator activity to identify opportunities for authentic brand engagement.
- • Measure and analyze the impact of communications efforts on brand perception, engagement, and audience reach using relevant metrics.
- • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment focused on creative excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in communications, public relations, or brand storytelling, preferably in consumer tech, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
- • Deep understanding of youth culture, particularly Gen Z and young millennials, in India and the Middle East markets.
- • Strong track end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy development to measurement and optimization.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- • Experience working with creators, influencers, and social media platforms to amplify brand stories.
- • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
