• • The Senior Manager Content, Graduate Nursing leads key content and curriculum development projects to revise and develop new graduate nursing and simulation products, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and learning science principles.
• • Day to day, the role involves creating content using multiple platforms, developing virtual simulation solutions, evaluating effectiveness, managing content developers through situational leadership and G.R.O.W. coaching, and collaborating across Kaplan teams including academics, marketing, publishing, and technology to keep student success central.
