📋 Description
- • Lead the strategy and execution of high-impact content to drive awareness, demand, and growth for Kaseya, a global leader in IT infrastructure and security management solutions serving over 15 million endpoints across 20+ countries.
- • Develop data-driven content strategies aligned to business and pipeline goals, identify growth opportunities through competitive analysis, ensure full-funnel content support, and optimize for SEO and EEAT best practices.
- • Manage and mentor a small team of writers and editors, providing feedback, editorial direction, and professional development while building scalable processes to improve content quality, consistency, and impact.
- • Partner cross-functionally with marketing ops and demand generation to connect content performance to pipeline impact, translate analytics into strategic recommendations, and continuously optimize content investments based on ROI.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
- • Deep expertise in SEO strategy and content optimization
- • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with marketing performance data (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- • Proven experience mentoring or managing writers and editors
- • Exceptional writing and editing skills
- • Strategic mindset paired with operational discipline
