📋 Description
- • As Senior Manager – Customer Data Strategy & Advanced Analytics at Kimberly-Clark Corporation, you will lead the strategic and technical execution of customer data initiatives that drive measurable impact across acquisition, engagement, retention, and cost-to-serve for the Marketing & CX organization. You will define and execute the customer data strategy, architecture, and advanced analytics roadmap to unlock value from customer data and enable personalization, predictive modeling, and AI/ML across the customer lifecycle.
- • Day to day, you will architect scalable data infrastructure and pipelines in partnership with data engineering teams, own and deliver the unified customer view across platforms, lead the development and deployment of predictive models and AI/ML solutions for segmentation, churn, personalization, and next-best-action, activate product managers and marketing teams to embed models into campaigns and workflows, establish governance for ethical AI use, and translate complex analytics into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
- • You will join the Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) CX & Marketing organization, a customer-first, innovation-driven team committed to delivering insights-driven solutions that exceed channel and end-user expectations.
