- • Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of scalable customer enablement programs to equip Sales, SMB, Services, and new business teams with the knowledge, tools, and processes needed to sell effectively.
- • Partner with executive leadership to translate business priorities into strategic enablement initiatives aligned with company objectives and sales goals.
- • Own end-to-end enablement programs including planning, delivery, reinforcement, and measurement—developing playbooks, learning paths, reference materials, and training content using Toptal’s LMS and other tools.
- • Design and deliver engaging instructor-led, self-paced, and live training sessions, workshops, webinars, and office hours to drive adoption and behavior change across revenue teams.
- • Define clear success metrics before launching programs and monitor adoption rates, participation, certification completion, and business impact to evaluate effectiveness.
- • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback from stakeholders and learners to refine programs and prioritize future investments in enablement.
- • Build trusted relationships with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, recommend enablement solutions, and align on priorities using the enablement calendar.
- • Communicate clearly and adapt messaging for executives, front-line managers, and sellers, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
- • Develop and execute change management strategies to drive long-term adoption of new products, go-to-market messaging, sales motions, and operational processes.
- • Create reinforcement plans that extend learning beyond initial training through coaching resources, manager enablement, communications, and ongoing support.
- • Ensure all learning resources remain organized, accessible, current, and integrated into onboarding and knowledge management systems.
- • Manage incoming enablement requests while balancing strategic priorities and maintaining operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- • Facilitate productive meetings, document decisions, and ensure clear accountability for next steps, exercising independent judgment and knowing when to escalate risks.
- • Shadow customer-facing teams, complete onboarding training, and familiarize yourself with Toptal’s enablement tools, processes, and existing materials within the first month.
- • Collaborate with the existing enablement team to create release strategies and communications, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance team collaboration within the first three months.
- • Independently own enablement programs and drive internal change by empowering client-facing teams to better support customers within the first six months.
- • Become a trusted business partner to Customer Leadership and stakeholders across Toptal, transforming enablement collaboration and measuring effective change across the sales organization within the first year.
- • Regularly and reliably attend scheduled virtual team meetings on camera.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision, using all required digital collaboration tools to manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a rapidly growing, fully remote organization.
- • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving, collaborative teamwork, and a fun, humorous attitude while contributing as a world-class individual contributor.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • 5-7+ years of experience in Enablement, Operations, and Strategy, or similar role
- • Experience building training programs and supporting sales organizations
- • Experience with learning management systems and sales tools
- • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
