- • As a Senior Manager, Data and AI Programs at Vision Service Plan, you will coordinate the management of a strategic portfolio of multiple related programs and projects aligned with an enterprise pillar, serving as a single point of responsibility and authority for multi-program execution.
- • You will partner with business leaders at all levels to envision, define, and initiate programs, provide direction to program and project managers, monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance, and ensure program success through effective governance and risk management.
- • You will work within Vision Service Plan’s Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) to lead the creation and delivery of business and supporting capabilities, develop portfolio and program processes, and drive cultural change management and cross-program communication strategies.
- • In this role, you will develop budgets, financial projections, and ROI forecasts, facilitate cost-benefit analyses, compose executive presentations, and exercise discretion and independent judgment while advising and leading the program management team in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
- • Minimum 8 years of experience in project/program management leading large and complex projects
- • Minimum 8 years of experience with project management methodologies, tools, and practices within a structured PMO environment
- • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes and influence stakeholders at all enterprise levels
- • Strong leadership and financial management skills to administer budgets, drive ROI, and motivate cross-functional teams
- • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with strategic planning and forecasting expertise

- • Competitive salary range of $105,000.00 - $165,375.00
