📋 Description

• As a Senior Manager, Engineering at Nexxen Group Ltd., you will lead and develop infrastructure teams responsible for the end-to-end design, operation, and evolution of physical data centers, systems platforms, and network environments that power Nexxen’s unified advertising technology stack. Your leadership ensures the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical infrastructure supporting advertisers, agencies, publishers, and broadcasters globally, directly enabling the company’s mission to unify advertising through data-driven innovation.
• You will drive planning, execution, and delivery of major infrastructure initiatives across data center and platform domains, including leading data center operations and architecture, owning standards for physical infrastructure (rack design, cabling, power, cooling, environmental monitoring), overseeing Linux and virtualization platforms, guiding network architecture (switching, routing, redundancy), managing vendor relationships, expanding automation for provisioning and configuration management, and ensuring disaster recovery and business continuity practices are robust and tested.
• You will partner with product, security, architecture, and business stakeholders to align technical priorities with company goals, establish operational excellence in incident response, postmortems, change management, and continuous improvement, mentor engineers through career development and performance management, own hiring and team growth with a focus on diversity and high performance, and champion automation, observability, documentation, and modern infrastructure practices while guiding design decisions and empowering engineers to execute.

• In this role, you will achieve mastery in leading hybrid physical and virtual infrastructure environments, deepen expertise in data center design and network architecture, strengthen your ability to bridge technical and business domains, and build a legacy of engineering excellence by mentoring talent and establishing resilient, automated, and observable systems that support Nexxen’s growth and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or data center engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong hands-on background in physical data center infrastructure, systems engineering, and operations, including rack design, structured cabling, power distribution, cooling, and environmental monitoring.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and architecture (switching, routing, redundancy, traffic flows, and troubleshooting).
• Experience with Linux environments, virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, Proxmox, etc.), and automation tools.
• Familiarity with observability platforms and reliability best practices.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects while developing engineers and technical leaders.
• Clear communicator across technical and business audiences.
• A leadership style rooted in curiosity, accountability, and collaboration.
