- • As a Senior Engineering Manager at OneStudyTeam, you will lead a team of software engineers to advance clinical research and improve patient outcomes through the StudyTeam platform, which accelerates clinical trials and supports global biopharmaceutical companies.
- • You will drive technical design reviews, ensure scalable and secure solutions, lead agile processes, reduce technical debt, and manage team deliverables while mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- • OneStudyTeam (a Reify Health company) operates a cloud-based platform used in over 6,000 research sites across 100+ countries, with a mission to speed up clinical trials and increase therapy approval rates; the engineering team is distributed and remote-first.
- • You will grow as a technical leader by shaping architecture, influencing product velocity, gaining experience with modern cloud and AI-augmented development practices, and making high-impact decisions that directly impact healthcare innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Engineering management experience with a strong record of shipping product features with Agile processes on or ahead of schedule
- • Passionate about improving developer experience and developer velocity
- • Experience with the strengths and pitfalls of using LLMs to build software
- • Experience working remotely in a distributed, remote-first engineering team
- • Extensive experience leading engineering teams and driving complex technical initiatives with a track record of high-impact architectural and design decisions
- • As a former engineer, ability to hold your own in technical conversations
- • Analytical thinker who can navigate ambiguity, break down complex problems, and guide the team toward practical solutions
- • Experience or strong interest in healthcare products
