- • You will serve as the primary media relations lead for business, financial services, fintech, and mortgage industry reporters, proactively pitching stories, managing inbound inquiries, and preparing spokespeople for interviews and briefings to ensure message consistency and confidence across all engagements.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing B2B communications strategies, overseeing the creation of press releases, media pitches, Q&As, talking points, and executive briefings, and shaping lender-focused narratives around product innovation, model performance, adoption, partnerships, and industry research.
- • You will collaborate closely with product, analytics, legal, marketing/product marketing, sales, and client success teams to align communications with business goals, while monitoring media coverage, sentiment, and industry trends to identify storytelling opportunities and mitigate risks.
- • You will track, analyze, and report on earned media performance, translating data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders, and continuously improve communications initiatives through innovation and ownership of end-to-end project execution.

- • Joining FICO means becoming part of an inclusive, people-first culture that values ownership, customer delight, and mutual respect. You’ll have access to competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, employee resource groups, and work-life balance initiatives in a remote-first environment that supports career growth and innovation.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial services communications, strengthen your ability to navigate regulated industries, and grow as a strategic leader who influences market perception and drives product adoption through credible, audience-focused storytelling.

- • Proven ability to simplify complex topics and craft clear, compelling messages for B2B and mainstream media audiences.
- • Strong track record of developing press materials and managing media relationships across consumer, financial, and business outlets.
- • Experience leading communications initiatives and owning projects from strategy through execution.
- • Highly collaborative, with ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and navigate legal or regulatory considerations.
