- • Own the global field marketing and tradeshow strategy aligned to revenue targets, ensuring alignment with sales priorities and territory focus.
- • Build and execute annual and quarterly event plans encompassing 12+ major tradeshows, hundreds of field events, third-party conferences, partner events, and executive programs.
- • Directly manage and mentor a team of two field marketing professionals, providing guidance, development, and performance feedback.
- • Personally lead execution of high-impact tier-1 tradeshows and strategic events, ensuring seamless planning, activation, and follow-up.
- • Oversee end-to-end execution of all field marketing activities, coordinating closely with Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and Partners to maximize impact.
- • Develop and implement scalable playbooks for event planning, lead capture, registration tracking, and post-event follow-up processes.
- • Build and manage event budgets with strict ROI discipline, forecasting spend and measuring performance against revenue goals.
- • Define and track key performance indicators including pipeline generated, revenue attribution, cost per opportunity, event ROI, and meeting conversion rates.
- • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights using data from CRM and marketing automation platforms to optimize channel mix and improve outcomes.
- • Implement standardized systems for lead routing, SLA enforcement, and pre-event enablement to ensure Sales teams are fully prepared and accountable.
- • Continuously analyze event performance data to refine strategies, improve efficiency, and increase the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to align event investments with account-based marketing priorities and sales territory objectives.
- • Maintain operational rigor across all field marketing activities, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability in high-volume execution environments.
- • Leverage Salesforce and marketing automation tools to track, measure, and report on event-driven pipeline and revenue influence.
- • Champion process improvement initiatives to create repeatable, efficient systems that reduce manual effort and increase scalability across global field programs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 4+ years in field marketing or event marketing
- • Experience owning and executing large-scale tradeshows and high-volume field programs
- • Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue through event programs
- • Experience managing budgets and forecasting ROI
- • Proven people manager with experience leading and developing direct reports
- • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
