• • Lead the fund administration function at Juniper Square, overseeing fund accounting and reporting for Private Equity and Real Estate customers while managing a team of Fund Accountants to deliver best-in-class client experiences.
• • Drive strategic decisions on team buildout, operational policies, and workflow improvements, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and client service in a high-growth startup environment.
• • Juniper Square digitizes private markets to bring transparency, efficiency, and access to commercial real estate, private equity, and venture capital assets, operating with a digital-first hybrid model across the Americas, India, Luxembourg, and England.
• • Develop expertise in complex fund structures, waterfall calculations, audit coordination, and technical accounting guidance while shaping the trajectory of a growing fund administration service and advancing leadership in private markets technology.
