📋 Description

• • Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Shield AI’s global events portfolio, ensuring alignment with pipeline objectives and go-to-market goals.
• • Own the annual global events calendar, prioritizing initiatives across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific regions to maximize impact and resource efficiency.
• • Collaborate with Field Marketing teams across international markets to coordinate event participation, messaging, and lead generation efforts.
• • Partner with Business Development, Product, and Marketing teams to align event content, targeting, and follow-up processes with product launches and sales priorities.
• • Manage relationships with external event vendors, venues, and production partners to ensure high-quality execution within budget and timeline constraints.
• • Define and track key performance metrics for all events, reporting results in terms that resonate with GTM teams, including lead volume, pipeline generated, and conversion rates.
• • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on event-related initiatives, influencing priorities and securing cross-functional buy-in.
• • Ensure brand consistency and messaging integrity across all Shield AI events, from trade shows and conferences to private client dinners and product demos.
• • Optimize event budgets by analyzing ROI, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and reallocating resources to high-performing initiatives.
• • Stay current on industry trends in event marketing and emerging technologies to continuously improve Shield AI’s event strategy and attendee experience.
• • Support global expansion efforts by identifying and executing events in new markets to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• • Prepare and present post-event reports to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights for future campaigns.
• • Coordinate logistics for international events, including travel, visas, local compliance, and cultural adaptation of messaging and materials.
• • Maintain accurate records of event assets, vendor contracts, attendee databases, and post-event follow-up workflows.
• • Proactively identify opportunities to integrate events with digital marketing campaigns, content distribution, and social media amplification.
• • Ensure all events comply with company policies, data privacy regulations, and international legal requirements.
• • Represent Shield AI at industry events as a brand ambassador, engaging with prospects, partners, and media to strengthen company visibility.
• • Train and mentor junior event staff or contractors on Shield AI’s event standards, processes, and brand guidelines.
• • Balance multiple concurrent events with varying scales and timelines, maintaining operational excellence under pressure.
• • Drive innovation in event formats, including hybrid and virtual experiences, to reach broader audiences and adapt to evolving market conditions.
