- • Lead and champion the visual identity and brand design strategy for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., ensuring a cohesive, accessible, and impactful brand experience across all communications.
- • Drive the look, tone, and feel of the brand by implementing design principles in collaboration with stakeholders and design partners, fostering a unified brand narrative.
- • Uphold and enforce brand governance to guarantee global consistency and adherence to Corporate Policy, maintaining the integrity of Regeneron's visual presence worldwide.
- • Partner strategically with Global Development Senior Leaders to conceptualize and create compelling graphic content that supports critical communications, presentations, training materials, and key organizational projects.
- • Exercise utmost discretion and responsibility in handling confidential, corporate, organizational, and sensitive information, ensuring its appropriate management and protection.
- • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, Corporate Communications, and diverse cross-functional teams to align design strategies with overarching messaging and business objectives.
- • Provide strategic design direction that ensures a unified approach, seamlessly integrating with and reinforcing Regeneron's corporate global brand vision.
- • Take ownership of the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle, expertly balancing hands-on PowerPoint design for high-priority and complex presentations with the leadership of creative resources.
- • Manage project timelines and uphold stringent quality standards, ensuring all design outputs meet Regeneron's exacting requirements.
- • Inspire and guide external creative partners, including design agencies, photographers, and illustrators, to achieve exceptional execution of design work that aligns with brand standards.
- • Oversee the seamless transition of projects from initial design concepts through to final production, maintaining accountability for print quality and other critical production elements.
- • Develop and maintain a strategic visualization catalog, serving as a valuable resource for design assets and best practices.
- • Articulate and communicate the design vision and strategic direction effectively to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with critical business objectives.
- • Translate intricate scientific, technical, and business information into clear, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations tailored for a wide range of audiences, from internal teams to external partners.
- • Leverage the power of visual storytelling to craft compelling presentation narratives that are intrinsically aligned with enterprise-wide and strategic objectives.
- • Lead the design and delivery of impactful content that demonstrably enhances audience understanding, engagement, and message retention.

- • Employ proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software and tools to execute high-quality visual assets.

- • Demonstrate the ability to use Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance image creation, accelerate concept development, and improve overall design efficiency, while maintaining strong creative judgment and brand alignment.
