📋 Description
- • Senior Manager of GTM Analytics & Planning at Remote Referral Board Inc., a critical operational leader within Revenue Operations responsible for translating commercial goals into governed data models and scaling the revenue engine through data-driven strategy.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading GTM analytics execution, managing sales analytics and capacity planning, building predictive forecasting models, maintaining data governance, collaborating with Marketing Analytics for full-funnel visibility, and mentoring a team of 7 analysts across Sr Analyst to Lead levels.

- • In this role, you will drive operational excellence by building scalable data frameworks, influencing executive decision-making with clear narratives, and developing leadership and technical expertise in high-growth B2B SaaS environments while shaping Remote’s revenue engine.
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence, including team leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- • Proven track record in GTM planning, including capacity modeling, quota setting, and headcount planning.
- • High proficiency in Snowflake and dbt for building scalable, governed data models.
- • Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R, with deep experience in Salesforce and BI tools like Sigma or Tableau.
- • Experience leveraging AI tooling (e.g., LLMs) to automate GTM workflows, lead routing, or sales intelligence.
- • Strong grasp of statistical concepts (regression, trend analysis) applied to sales velocity and forecasting.
- • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to VPs of Sales and RevOps, translating complex data into executive-ready narratives.
- • Writes and speaks fluent English.
