- • Senior Manager of GTM Analytics & Planning at Remote Technologies Inc., a critical operational leader within the Revenue Operations organization responsible for translating commercial goals into governed data models and serving as the primary steward of GTM health metrics.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing GTM analytics vision, managing funnel and partner analytics, maintaining sales performance source of truth, driving quarterly and annual planning cycles with Finance and RevOps, ensuring data governance, collaborating with Marketing Analytics for full-funnel visibility, building predictive forecasting models, overseeing executive reporting and dashboards, and mentoring a team of 7 GTM analysts.

🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence, including team leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- • Proven track record in GTM planning, including capacity modeling, quota setting, and headcount planning.
- • High proficiency in Snowflake and dbt for building scalable, governed data models.
- • Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R for modeling, with deep experience in Salesforce and BI tools like Sigma or Tableau.
- • Experience leveraging AI tooling (e.g., LLMs) to automate GTM workflows, lead routing, or sales intelligence.
- • Strong grasp of statistical concepts (regression, trend analysis) applied to sales velocity and forecasting.
- • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to VPs of Sales and RevOps, translating complex data into executive-ready narratives.
- • Bias toward action, operational excellence mindset, and experience mentoring individual contributors in fluid, asynchronous, high-growth settings.
- • Fluent English written and verbal communication.
