- • Senior Manager of GTM Analytics & Planning at Remote Technologies Inc., a critical operational leader within the Revenue Operations organization responsible for translating commercial goals into governed data models and driving GTM health metrics.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing GTM analytics vision, managing funnel and partner analytics, maintaining sales performance source of truth, driving annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring data governance, collaborating with Marketing Analytics for full-funnel visibility, building predictive forecasting models, overseeing executive reporting and governance, and mentoring a team of 7 GTM analysts.

- • In this role, you will learn to lead high-impact RevOps initiatives in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, deepen expertise in modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, SQL, Python/R), master GTM planning and forecasting, strengthen stakeholder advisory capabilities with sales and finance leadership, and grow as a technical leader mentoring analysts while shaping Remote’s revenue engine scalability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence, including leading teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- • Proven track record in GTM planning, including capacity modeling, quota setting, and headcount planning
- • High proficiency in Snowflake and dbt for building scalable, governed data models
- • Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R for modeling, with deep experience in Salesforce and BI tools such as Sigma or Tableau
- • Experience leveraging AI tooling (e.g., LLMs) to automate GTM workflows, lead routing, or sales intelligence
- • Strong grasp of statistical concepts (regression, trend analysis) applied to sales velocity and forecasting
- • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to VPs of Sales and RevOps, translating complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives
- • Leadership mindset with a 'bias toward action,' focus on operational excellence, and mentoring individual contributors in a fluid, asynchronous, high-growth environment
