📋 Description

• • As Senior Manager, GTM Systems at Tactivos Inc., you will own the architecture, integrity, and evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem and adjacent GTM platforms, serving as the operational backbone for revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
• • Day to day, you will lead end-to-end revenue data modeling, design system configurations and automations, manage integrations with billing and financial systems, ensure data quality and governance, and partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into reliable system design while leading and developing a team covering Systems Architecture, Marketing Ops & Data Engineering.
• • You will join the Revenue Strategy team, a critical partner within the Revenue organization that drives systems, processes, and insights powering the GTM engine, operating with startup hustle and enterprise discipline to scale efficiently and make data-informed decisions.
• • In this role, you will achieve mastery in GTM systems leadership, drive operational excellence across revenue functions, influence company-wide metric consistency, and develop a high-performing team while shaping the scalability and reliability of the company’s revenue operating system.
