- • As the Senior Manager, HR Systems, you will be the strategic architect and guardian of our global Workday ecosystem, ensuring our technology stack scales seamlessly with company growth while driving cross-functional alignment between internal partners and external consultants.
- • You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring the HRIS roadmap directly supports the company’s broader vision through hands-on leadership and strategic oversight.
- • You will lead the optimization, configuration, and maintenance of Workday and related HR technologies, partnering with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.
- • You will drive process improvements, system integrations, and data governance initiatives that enhance HR operational efficiency and employee experience across global teams.
- • You will manage relationships with external consultants and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of projects aligned with business priorities and technical standards.
- • You will mentor and develop a high-performing HR Systems team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- • You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence to translate functional requirements into technical solutions that support talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and learning initiatives.
- • You will establish metrics and reporting frameworks to measure system adoption, data quality, and ROI, enabling data-driven decisions for HR technology investments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading HRIS or HR Systems teams, with deep expertise in Workday configuration, implementation, and optimization.
- • Strong background in HR business processes, including talent management, core HR, payroll integrations, and benefits administration.
- • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance, business leaders) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- • Experience managing external consultants and vendors in complex, multi-phase HR technology projects.
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and reporting to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
- • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
