  • • You will act as a key strategic partner to Regional HR Partners, HR Centers of Expertise, and executive leadership across the organization, ensuring that our people initiatives are not only aligned with business objectives but also optimize key performance indicators, including cost-effectiveness.
  • • A primary focus will be on partnering with business leaders to shape and execute talent strategies specifically for India, while also providing valuable exposure and contributions to initiatives beyond India's borders.
  • • You will be instrumental in analyzing HR trends and metrics, collaborating closely with HR Operations and regional HR partners to develop innovative solutions, impactful programs, and robust policies that address evolving business needs.
  • • Leveraging data will be crucial in this role; you will use insights derived from metrics to coach leaders, inform critical decision-making, and rigorously measure the effectiveness of all HR initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • • Provide expert HR policy guidance and interpretation to management, particularly for Directors and above, both within India and internationally, ensuring compliance and best practices are maintained.
  • • As an integral member of the India Site Leadership Team, you will spearhead and drive transformation projects across the Indian operations, contributing significantly to the site's strategic direction and operational excellence.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the APAC HR Operations team, focusing on the employee population from Senior Manager level and below, ensuring seamless HR support and program delivery.
  • • This role demands a strategic mindset coupled with strong technical HR skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and meticulous attention to detail, striking the perfect balance between strategic vision and effective execution.
  • • You will play a vital role in supporting changes within our HR Operating Model, ensuring that HR support is delivered by the most appropriate resources and championing the adoption of employee and manager self-service platforms.
  • • Demonstrating solid business and financial acumen is essential; you will develop a deep understanding of our business operations, industry trends, and external factors that influence the organization, translating this knowledge into proactive and effective HR strategies.
  • • Staying abreast of the latest technologies, software, and tools used within the HR industry will be key to driving innovation and efficiency in our people processes.
  • • Possess comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, current trends, relevant labor laws, codes, and other applicable HR regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with executive leadership and stakeholders across the company through effective relationship building, proactive engagement, and demonstrating thought leadership.
  • • You will be expected to influence leaders to achieve desired outcomes and skillfully navigate complex organizational situations, demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence and strategic thinking.
  • • Strong quantitative and analytical skills are paramount, enabling you to quickly define and solve problems while maintaining a clear focus on the broader strategic objectives.
  • • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently package and present complex analyses and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • • A proven track record in leading change initiatives is highly desirable, with ADKAR certification being a significant advantage.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 15+ years of progressive HR Business Partner (or equivalent) experience, with proficiency across all core HR functions, ideally within large, multinational corporations.
  • • Proven strategic leadership capabilities, demonstrating sound technical HR skills, strong analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail, and a balanced approach to strategy and execution.
  • • Demonstrated experience in supporting HR Operating Model changes and successfully implementing employee and manager self-service solutions.
  • • Solid business and financial acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations, industry trends, and external factors impacting the organization, enabling the development of proactive HR strategies.
  • • Expertise in leading change initiatives, with ADKAR certification being a strong plus.
