📋 Description

• Senior Manager, Marketing Communications at Hala Systems Inc. leads the development and execution of the company’s marketing communications strategy to support business growth and brand evolution in the MENAP region.
• Day to day, the role involves setting MARCOM strategy aligned with business goals, owning brand narrative and messaging, leading integrated communications for campaigns and launches, directing event communications, managing content planning, supporting corporate announcements, ensuring cross-functional alignment for go-to-market efforts, using performance insights to refine messaging, and managing external agencies, vendors, and budgets.
• Hala Systems Inc. is a leading fintech company in the MENAP region, founded in 2017 and licensed by the Saudi Arabian Central Bank, with operations in UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, providing SMEs with financial and technological tools to start, run, and grow their businesses through entities like HALA Payments and HALA Logistics.
• In this role, the person can learn and achieve strategic brand leadership at scale, gain experience in integrated marketing communications across multiple markets, influence senior stakeholders, manage high-impact campaigns and events, develop expertise in fintech branding, and grow professionally in a hyper-growth, multicultural environment with over 30 nationalities across 7 countries.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand communications, or integrated marketing
• Proven ability to lead high-impact, cross-channel communications including campaigns and events
• Strong strategic storytelling and messaging skills with excellent writing/editing judgment
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing across functions
• Strong planning and execution discipline; comfortable managing agencies/vendors and budgets
