- • As the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, you are the strategic engine behind Remote’s go-to-market execution, architecting systems that allow the global marketing team to scale and own the end-to-end management of the marketing technology ecosystem, lead-to-revenue lifecycle integrity, and sophisticated measurement of marketing’s business impact.
- • You will work closely with Marketing leadership to deliver a state-of-the-art Marketing stack, collaborate with Sales technology and leadership to create a holistic customer lifecycle approach, manage and coach a team of specialists, own MarTech stack selection and integration, design and govern the global lead lifecycle, lead planning and prioritization cycles for Marketing Ops, define standards for campaign taxonomy and funnel metrics, and drive operational rigor through documentation, QA processes, and global enablement.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in scaling B2B SaaS marketing operations, deepen your strategic impact on revenue alignment, master cross-functional leadership in high-growth environments, and gain influence over technology architecture and data-driven decision-making at a global scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in Marketing Ops/RevOps with a proven track record of leading complex, high-impact projects in a B2B SaaS environment
- • Experience managing a team and developing talent, including coaching specialists and managing vendor relationships from onboarding to ROI tracking
- • Deep understanding of marketing technology architecture, including the ability to integrate and optimize tools like HubSpot and Salesforce for seamless data flow and scalability
- • Ability to translate complex attribution models into clear, actionable insights for leadership and provide "so-what" analysis beyond raw data
- • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning Sales and Marketing on shared definitions (e.g., qualified lead) and unified funnel metrics
- • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
