- • Lead a team of high-performing full-cycle Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition, product-led growth (PLG) conversion, and early-stage account expansion within the Mid-Market segment.
- • Mentor and develop AE team members by providing guidance on sales strategies, customer engagement, and pipeline management to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- • Collaborate with senior leadership to set and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives, ensuring efficient prospecting, outreach, and consultative selling approaches.
- • Track and assess team performance using key metrics and KPIs, regularly reviewing individual and team progress against goals to provide actionable coaching and optimize outcomes.
- • Work closely with Renewal Managers, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure coordinated customer interactions and maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- • Develop and refine standardized processes for AEs covering prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management to increase efficiency, predictability, and scalability of sales activities.
- • Coach reps through complex, multi-threaded deals to improve forecast accuracy and drive consistent pipeline generation strategies that result in predictable revenue growth.
- • Operate within a high-velocity, product-led growth (PLG) environment where engaged users and workspaces are converted into strategic business relationships and net-new logo acquisitions.
- • Ensure alignment with Mural’s Buyer-Aligned Sales Process across all team activities, maintaining consistency in customer engagement and deal execution.
- • Drive net-new acquisition and expansion opportunities by leveraging cross-functional partnerships and data-driven insights to identify high-potential accounts and optimize conversion pathways.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with sales tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and leverage additional platforms like Pocus and Drift to enhance team performance.
- • Apply strategic thinking and operational discipline to balance high-level planning with hands-on tactical execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- • Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers to support long-term account growth and customer satisfaction.
- • Continuously refine sales methodologies based on performance data, team feedback, and market dynamics to sustain competitive advantage and scalable growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in sales with 2+ years of people management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- • Coaching mindset: invest in developing people, give direct and actionable feedback, and tailor approach to each rep’s growth stage
- • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a B2B SaaS environment
- • Proficiency in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools; familiarity with Pocus, Drift, and similar tools is a plus
- • Background in visual collaboration software or related technologies is preferred
- • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills with a focus on driving results
