- • The Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) at AnswersNow, Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization by overseeing the end-to-end revenue cycle for a fast-growing virtual ABA therapy platform. This role directly impacts the company’s ability to sustain and scale its mission of making autism therapy more accessible, immediate, and effective for families across the U.S. by ensuring clean claims, timely collections, and accurate revenue recognition.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections; owning and optimizing RCM workflows involving multiple external vendors; managing the patient billing process to ensure clarity and family-friendliness; analyzing data to identify and resolve operational issues such as coding errors or payer lag; reporting RCM performance and insights to Finance and executive leadership; and leading, mentoring, and developing a small team focused on billing, collections, and denial resolution.
