- • As Senior Manager, Organic Growth & CRO at Neon One, you will drive how prospects discover, engage with, and convert on the company’s digital presence, directly impacting growth and mission by building a rigorous, data-driven practice in conversion rate optimization, SEO, and answer engine optimization.
- • You will own the full CRO function — from experiment design and A/B testing to funnel diagnostics and tracking infrastructure — while leading organic search strategy and AEO, working as an individual contributor with no direct reports but collaborating closely with the marketing website developer and content manager on implementation and strategy.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in advanced experimentation, technical SEO, AI-powered search optimization, and enterprise-level tracking architecture, while gaining visibility into how data-driven marketing fuels real-world impact for nonprofit clients.
- • You will achieve measurable improvements in funnel performance, lead quality, and conversion rates, establishing a scalable optimization practice that becomes a cornerstone of Neon One’s growth strategy and your professional legacy in mission-led technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of overall experience in marketing or analytics, with at least 3 years spanning CRO, SEO, or AEO in a dedicated ownership role.
- • Hands-on experience designing and running A/B and multivariate tests using tools such as Crazy Egg, VWO, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
- • Strong command of GTM / data layer architecture and tracking plan governance.
- • Proven SEO expertise, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and organic performance reporting.
- • Experience with AEO/GEO across schema/structured data, featured snippet optimization, AI answer engine optimization, and voice search.
- • Proficiency with web analytics platforms (GA4, Heap, Hotjar, etc.) and the ability to build reports and derive insights independently.
